We are getting ready to announce the location of the next Canadian Chefs' Congress in 2012. Nova Scotia is the host province and this is where we will celebrate the night before the congress starts.
Eigensinn Farm is the home of the Stadtländers and the stagiaires. We grow and raise our own vegetables and livestock and cook multi-course dinners served in our farm house.

White Asparagus for Halifax, Nova Scotia fundraiser
We were getting on Porter Airlines for Halifax at 06:00 the next day. I had to get my white asparagus ready for the soup I was going to make at Craig Flinn's Chives Canadian Bistro.
